1. The basic rule of Oregonís speed law states

    Drivers should drive at a reasonable speed, adjusting for conditions.
    Specific speed limits exist for different types of vehicles.
    Certain designated speeds are always safe.
    Speed limits posted on signs are safe at all times.

2. You are driving on a rural two-way road. A horseback rider on the side of the road raises her hand. This means:

6. You must notify DMV of a change of address:

    The next time you renew your license.
    Within 10 days of the change.
    Within 30 days of the change.
    Within 60 days of the change.

7. Oregonís Implied Consent Law means that by driving a motor vehicle you have implied you will:

    Maintain liability insurance as long as you drive.
    Take a breath, blood or urine test if arrested for driving under the influence.
    Post bail or appear in court if arrested for a traffic violation.
    Keep your vehicle equipment in safe operating condition.

8. As a driver, you must stop for a pedestrian(s) at an intersection:

    Only if the pedestrian is in a marked (painted) crosswalk.
    If the pedestrian is in a marked or unmarked crosswalk.
    Only if the pedestrian is on your side of the road
    Only if there is a separate walk signal for pedestrians at the intersection.

9. You are on a road with two or more lanes of traffic in the same direction. Just ahead, an emergency vehicle is stopped and the warning lights are on. You must:

    Drive to the right side of the road and stop.
    Stay in your lane and continue to drive at the same speed.
    Change to a lane that is not next to the emergency vehicle.
    Accelerate to quickly pass the stopped vehicles.

10. You should always drive around a traffic circle on which side:

    Left.
    It doesnít matter.
    Right.
    You don't drive around traffic circles.
